Who we are
Sentence Labs is an independent studio, based in India, that builds tools for live, legible communication. Present Tense is our first product.
We are a small team, and Sentence Labs is not yet incorporated. This page is the plain-language version of who you are dealing with.
Why we built Present Tense
Most talks are shared as video. Video is heavy, turns text to mush, and is hard to follow on a phone. Present Tense sends the page itself as structured state, so every viewer reconstructs crisp, real text that scales and reflows on their own screen.
The value is the talk, so the audience is free. Pricing attaches to presenters, once we start charging.
How we work
We keep the product honest and the data minimal. Sessions are relayed, not recorded. Input values are masked before anything leaves your browser. Analytics are cookieless, and we do not sell data.
During the beta we ship quickly and tell you what changes. Features may move or break; the tools we offer free now may be priced later.
